Your voice is transmitted via Wi-Fi or wired local area network (LAN) (or via (SIP-)DECT), with options for landline phones, mobile devices, or softphones. This means that everyone can be reached, even in the event of an alarm.

Whether you choose an on-site PABX or a cloud-based solution, we manage the entire system, including the call manager or gateway. Voice connection/direct contact listening, improved care

Do your residents or patients have a question for your caregivers? They can, of course, use the nurse call system. But for practical, non-urgent questions, it is often easier to use a voice/listen connection.

This allows you to either respond immediately to the resident or patient, or prepare the caregiver before they go to the room. Sometimes, a short voice exchange is enough for a practical question that does not require physical intervention. With a voice/listening connection, you can provide more effective and better-tailored care, as staff arrive in the room with the right equipment from the outset.

 

Hands-free and efficient
Thanks to a terminal with a speaker and microphone, you can speak directly to the caregiver. No need to leave the room: quick assistance is available whenever needed.

Better prepared and reassured
During the exchange, the caregiver can assess whether their physical presence is necessary—and, if so, arrive prepared and more quickly.

Connection through dialogue and listening: improving care and efficiency

Do your residents or patients have a question for your healthcare providers? They can always call them using the nurse call system.

It is easier to ask practical, non-urgent questions (initially) via a dialogue/listening connection. Your resident or patient can then be helped immediately, or it will allow the healthcare provider to arrive at the room already prepared.

 

A dialogue/listening connection, also known as a voice listening connection, integrates seamlessly with our LynX® connect alert and communication platform. It can be connected to a wall-mounted terminal or to an IP phone from Grandstream, for example.
