Emergency lighting & evacuation: faster and smarter to ensure safety

That's why sanoLynX combines advanced LED technology with intelligent emergency and evacuation lighting to guide people out of buildings more quickly and safely.
How does it work?
By connecting a fire control panel to LynX® lifeline—a smart LED lighting system in corridors and rooms—as well as to the LynX® connect platform, an alarm signal not only activates the siren, but also transforms the lighting into intuitive guide lines to the emergency exits. This way, everyone immediately knows which direction to go.
In addition, LED lamps can also be used as emergency lighting thanks to their built-in batteries. For example, they highlight emergency exits or fire hydrants so that everything remains clearly visible in the event of a power failure.
Time, a vital factor
During a fire drill at Maas and Kempen Hospital (Maaseik), it became apparent that this smart lighting enabled communication and evacuation to be carried out 70% faster than in previous drills.
